It has been about a month since I started using the mask. My skin has been badly breaking out for a few months and my rosacea symptoms got worse too during this time. It was driving me crazy! However, in less than a month I saw a drastic improvement. I have noticed several improvements in my 30-year-old skin already. I use the white light for 10 minutes to penetrate deep and “wake up” my skin then use the red and blue lights for 10 minutes each, all at level 5. My acne rosacea is slightly better.
