How to Use:

Mouth Tray MouldingStep 1: Boil the water and set aside it for 6-7 minutes.
Step 2: Put the mouth tray on the hot water for 10-12 seconds or until the tray softens.
Step 3: Place the mouth tray in your mouth covering your upper teeth then close your mouth.
Step 4: Mold the tray by pressing your upper lips against your teeth
Step 5: Wait for 10 to 15 seconds before removing the mouth tray.
Step 6: After removing the tray, place it in cold water for 10 seconds to retain the shape of your teeth on the tray.
Mouth Tray Trimming
After molding, get a scissor and trim any excess plastic from the open end of the tray.
It is important to remove excess plastic. It could possibly avoid gum irritation caused by mouth tray friction rubbing on your mouth.
Teeth WhiteningStep 1: Place a small drop of gel on each tray.
Step 2: Put the tray on your mouth. Make sure to put it properly covering and fitting all your teeth.
Step 3: Place the portable laser light on your mouth for 10 minutes.
Step 4: Remove the laser and the tray from your mouth and use the scaling measure to see the glowing transformation of your teeth!
